Jenny B. Orillos co-authored Panaderia: Philippine Bread, Biscuit and Bakery Traditions, which won Best Book in Food at the 35th National Book Award. Her food stories have appeared in Food Magazine, Spot.ph, EsquireMag.ph, Yummy.ph, and Grid Magazine. She continues to produce content for several book projects, including text for the Anvil Food Journal, a creative way to record one’s adventures in food and cooking.
